What You’ll Be Doing as our next HVAC Technician:

• Run residential service calls (no heat, no cool, maintenance, IAQ, etc.)
• Diagnose issues and clearly explain solutions to homeowners
• Present options and recommendations based on customer needs
• Complete repairs and ensure a 5-star customer experience
• Maintain a clean, organized truck and work area

What We’re Looking For in our next HVAC Technician:

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers
• EPA Certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license
