• Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish
• Install furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, and ductwork
• Train and mentor install helpers
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer specs, code, and company standards
• Perform system start-ups and verify proper operation
• Communicate clearly with homeowners throughout the job
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
• Complete job documentation accurately

• EPA Universal Certification (Section 608)
• 3–5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Proven ability to lead jobs and manage a crew
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and best practices
• Ability to read and understand installation manuals and schematics
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
