About This Position
The Seasonal Sales Associate is primarily responsible for generating new business and cultivating relationships that translate to revenue growth. Responsible for the sale and service of new ticket package holders; Sales Associates are part of the Storm Sales Team where they will be provided sales training, mentorship, and professional development.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
- Execute sales tactics to drive new revenue for Storm 360 Memberships and partial ticket plans
- Strive to exceed individual ticket sales revenue goals for the 2025 Storm Seasons season
- Execute outbound sales efforts – prospecting, networking, lead generation, referral gathering, data capture and database management
- Process ticket orders and payments, ensuring that clients receive their tickets in a timely manner
- Participate in team meetings, trainings and ongoing development to enhance sales techniques
- Provide superior customer service to all clients, new business prospects and Storm fans alike
- Utilize CRM system to manage accounts, pipelines and productivity
- Outreach to current customers, single-game leads, and new sales leads
- Other duties as assigned
Additional Responsibilities include the following:
- Work all Storm home games (played at Climate Pledge Arena)
- Represent the Storm at local community and business networking events, or industry gatherings to build relationships and increase brand visibility
- Stay up-to-date on trends and developments within the industry to provide insights and ideas to help grow the business and drive revenue

Education
- Four-year degree, or equivalent, relevant experience preferred.
Related Experience
- Previous customer service/sales experience including demonstrated ability to take decisive action and quickly resolve customer issues, problem solve, troubleshoot and answer questions.
Certificates, Licenses, or Registrations
- A valid driver’s license may be necessary depending on location of applicant’s residence.

Technical Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of the Archtics Ticketing System, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and various CRM platforms. Also, experience with ticket-related software including FEVO and Spinzo. These skills can also be taught if not already learned.
