What You’ll Do
You will take the lead on a diverse and sophisticated caseload, including:
- Complex divorces and child custody disputes
- International family law matters (including child abduction cases)
- Cases involving domestic violence, substance abuse, and mental health dynamics
- Financially intricate cases requiring strategic thinking
You’ll also:
- Represent clients in court (motions, hearings, trials)
- Lead mediations and arbitrations
- Conduct discovery, including depositions
- Develop strong legal strategies and written work product
- Build trusted relationships with clients during highly sensitive moments
What You Bring
- Minimum 2+ years of Washington family law experience
- Strong courtroom presence and litigation skills
- Excellent writing, research, and case management abilities
- Ability to connect with clients across diverse cultural backgrounds
- Emotional intelligence and professional maturity
- Flexibility to work across international time zones when needed
- A desire to contribute to firm growth, visibility, and leadership

Compensation:$105,000 - $175,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Independent case management, including complex child custody disputes, divorces, international child abduction, complex finances, domestic violence, substance abuse, and mental health.
- Representation of clients in court for motions, hearings, and trials.
- Representation of clients in mediations and arbitrations.
- Preparation of and engagement in discovery, including depositions.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- 2 years of experience in a Washington family law practice.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Ability to connect with clients from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
- Flexibility to work in various international time zones.
- Compassionate guidance for clients.
- Enthusiasm to engage in marketing efforts, network, and become a leader in the area of family law.
- Ability to be a team player in the office setting.
