Job Description
*MUST HAVE HIGH VOLUME CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED*
Department: Care Connections
Employment Status: Permanent- Full time and Part time opportunities
Pay Structure: Hourly
Location: This position is fully onsite at our Buckhead office.
Shift: Various
Work Days: Monday – Friday (may vary)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Care Connections Representative to join our outbound call center team. In this role, you’ll make outbound calls to insurance members, follow a provided script, and schedule appointments for important in-home healthcare services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, is comfortable on the phone, and takes pride in helping others take a step toward better health.
Key Responsibilities:
Make high-volume outbound calls to insurance members
Clearly and confidently follow an approved call script
Educate members on HealPros services and answer basic questions
Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
Document call outcomes and appointment details in the system
Meet daily and weekly call and scheduling goals
Maintain professionalism, empathy, and compliance on every call
Collaborate with team leads and peers to improve performance and outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Friendly, professional demeanor with desire to assist our members
Maintain compliance with the companies Quality Assurance and HIPAA Guidelines
Follow Client Scripts accordingly and use knowledge of company’s services as needed
Proficient in relevant computer software and databases
Strong active listening skills and empathy for our members
Escalate issues appropriately and in a timely fashion to all necessary departments
High Volume call center experience and auto dialer experience is required.
