We are seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Maintain customer records and update account information
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Work closely with other departments to resolve issues
• Meet performance goals and maintain high-quality service standards

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
