Leadership Development Facilitator Summary

The Leadership Development Facilitator supports Leadership Development by delivering high-impact learning experiences that enhance leadership capabilities and organizational effectiveness. The facilitator will provide training sessions on various topics that support organizational goals across the health system. This role supports evaluation efforts to build continuous improvement of the Leadership Academy’s offerings.

Leadership Development Facilitator Requirements

Education:

Associate’s degree in Instructional Design and Facilitation, Learning & Development, Adult Pedagogy, or Adult Education required.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning and Development, Adult Pedagogy, or Instructional Design and Facilitation.
• Background in coaching, mentoring, or adult education preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Experience with learning management systems.

Leadership Development Facilitator Schedule

Primarily day shift, Monday through Friday. Evenings and weekends as needed.

Leadership Development Facilitator Benefits

At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
