Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on garden maintenance including planting, pruning, deadheading, fertilizing, and mulching

• Maintain ornamental gardens, turf areas, and hedges

• Ensure gardens meet estate-level aesthetic and quality standards at all times

• Use and maintain landscaping tools and equipment safely

• Communicate professionally with supervisors, team members, and estate representatives

• Maintain a clean, organized, and discreet presence on client properties
