Key Responsibilities
Perform hands-on garden maintenance including planting, pruning, deadheading, fertilizing, and mulching
Maintain ornamental gardens, turf areas, and hedges
Ensure gardens meet estate-level aesthetic and quality standards at all times
Use and maintain landscaping tools and equipment safely
Communicate professionally with supervisors, team members, and estate representatives
Maintain a clean, organized, and discreet presence on client properties
