DENTAL OFFICE MANAGER in Odessa, Florida at A Douglas Smiley D M D PA

Strong Private Dental Practice is seeking Office Manager with experience in Dentrix, QuickBooks and extensive knowledge of insurance. The candidate should have a good understanding of production and collections, the systems that affect them and knowledge about how to motivate their team! Must be computer savvy, knowing Excel, Word and Outlook, we are a chartless environment. Monthly management meetings to review metrics and systems.

In addition to salary, we have a stellar benefit package for full time employees:

-Company pays $318 a month toward medical insurance and we offer four plans. You would be eligible after 60 days. All other benefits are available after 90 days. Not available for part time.

-Vision insurance for under $10 per month. Not available for part time.

-Dental work complimentary to staff (less lab fees) / Immediate family gets 50% courtesy

-AFLAC insurances available.

-401K with annual employer deposit.

-$125 uniform allowance annually.
