Production Line Associate (Nights) at Katsiroubas Produce – Hyde Park, Massachusetts

Katsiroubas Produce is a fourth-generation, family-owned wholesale distributor of fresh produce and specialty food products serving New England’s top restaurants, retailers, and foodservice customers. We are looking for reliable and hardworking team members to join our Repack/E-Commerce Team.

This role works on a production line assembling protein packs and boxes that are shipped to our Morrissey Market partners across the region. If you enjoy hands-on work, being part of a team, and helping deliver high-quality food products, we would love to meet you.

Please note - the initial training period will take place during daytime hours, before transitioning to the night shift schedule (10 pm - 6 am).

Responsibilities

• Assemble protein packs and assemble boxes on a production line
• Pack and label items accurately according to product specifications
• Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and product quality
• Work efficiently with team members to meet production goals
• Inspect product for quality and report any issues to supervisors
• Keep work areas clean and organized throughout the shift
• Follow all company safety and food handling procedures

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment
• Bilingual (Spanish & English), preferred
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs. as needed
• Warehouse or food production experience is preferred.
• Ability to work for extended periods in a refrigerated warehouse environment.
• Ability to handle frozen product for extended periods of time.
