General Assembler
Location: Watertown, MA
Pay: $16-$17 an hour
Schedule: 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday

VeraPro Staffing is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented General Assembler for an assignment. This hands-on position requires good manual dexterity, hand strength, and the ability to use hand tools accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

Assemble parts and components according to work instructions.
Use manual hand tools to fit, fasten, and secure components.
Perform repetitive assembly tasks with accuracy and consistent quality.
Inspect parts and completed assemblies for defects and proper fit.
Keep the work area organized and follow safety procedures.
Report defective materials or assembly issues to the supervisor.
Qualifications

Ability to apply the hand and grip force needed to operate manual tools and securely fit components throughout the workday.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Dependability, punctuality, and ability to work well with a team.
Previous assembly, manufacturing, or hand-tool experience preferred.
