Position Summary
The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the employee experience across the full lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding to ongoing support. Additionally, this role supports a broad range of human resources functions such as benefits administration, leave management, and HRIS administration. The HR Coordinator partners closely with the Director of Human Resources and teams across the organization to deliver thoughtful, responsive, and mission-aligned HR services.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a welcoming and professional point of contact for employees, applicants, and partners
- Coordinate and facilitate full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviews, career fairs, and school partnerships
- Support onboarding, background checks, and pre-employment processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HRIS data entry
- Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and employee inquiries
- Provide administrative and compliance support, including audits and reporting
What You Bring
- Associate’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–3 years of Human Resources and/or administrative experience
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Experience with HRIS/ATS systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and care
- A valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites as needed
