Job Description
Pine Hollow Club is seeking a Line Cook to support daily kitchen operations and contribute to a high-quality dining experience for our members and guests.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and takes pride in executing dishes with consistency and attention to detail. You’ll work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth service across à la carte dining, events, and seasonal outlets.
What You’ll Do
Food Preparation & Execution
- Prepare and execute menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes
- Support service across multiple outlets including dining, banquets, and seasonal operations
- Assist with station setup, service, and breakdown
Kitchen Operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation at all times
- Follow prep lists and support daily production needs
- Assist with receiving, storage, and proper labeling of products
- Follow FIFO and proper food storage practices
Team Support
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth service
- Communicate clearly with chefs and team members during service
- Support overall kitchen organization and efficiency
Standards & Compliance
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas
- Adhere to company policies and kitchen standards
- 1–3 years of kitchen or line cook experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow recipes and execute consistently
- Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
