Line Cook
Join our dynamic culinary team as a Line Cook, where your skills and passion for food will contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our culinary team and support the smooth operation of our banquets, snack bar, and à la carte services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production and execution of all banquet, snack bar, and à la carte food services
- Support the Chef in completing pool cafe service operations
- Prepare station and ensure it is stocked with all necessary components, maintaining par levels
- Cook and plate menu items in coordination with the kitchen team, ensuring proper temperature, doneness, and presentation
- Organize and consolidate prep work, identify needs, and notify supervisors accordingly
- Assist in properly storing all incoming orders
- Utilize prepared ingredients and food for service, specials, buffets, and family meals
- Maintain cleanliness of the station, kitchen, and all related areas as directed by the Chef
- Follow all safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe working environment
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a line cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Culinary certification or relevant training is preferred but not required

· High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
· A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
· In-depth knowledge of restaurant best practices and cooking methods.
