About This Position
The Part-Time Administrative Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of Craft Coating, Inc. by providing responsive, reliable, and professional administrative assistance. This role requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The Administrative Assistant serves as a first point of contact for customers and supports internal departments in maintaining efficiency and meeting deadlines.
Requirements:Key Responsibilities
- Answer phones and respond to customer emails promptly and professionally
- Provide administrative support to the HR/Finance Manager and other staff as needed
- Assist with filing, record-keeping, and general office organization
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and coworkers
- Multitask and switch between varied tasks as business needs arise
- Adapt to working with different personalities across departments
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Support scheduling, documentation, and other clerical duties to ensure smooth workflow
- Work semi-flexible hours, including occasional Friday mornings as needed

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Previous administrative or customer service experience strongly preferred

- Part-time: Monday–Thursday, with occasional Friday mornings as needed

This position is based at a small manufacturing company and splits time between the office and the production floor. While a portion of the role involves desk-based work, the position requires regular presence in the plant to interact with production team
