We're seeking an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, motivated to achieve leasing goals, and willing to take initiative in the daily operations of the community.

• Respond promptly to prospective resident inquiries and conduct engaging property tours.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to convert leads into leases and achieve occupancy standards.
• Assist with applications, lease preparation, renewals, and move-in coordination.
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident records within the property management system.
• Build positive resident relationships and assist with questions, concerns, and service requests.
• Coordinate with management and maintenance teams to ensure apartments are ready for move-in.
• Stay informed about community pricing, availability, amenities, and local competitors.
• Support marketing efforts, online reputation, and community presentation.
• Assist the Community Manager with administrative and operational responsibilities.
• Follow company policies and applicable Fair Housing regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and commitment to follow-through.
• Comfortable using computers and property management software; Entrata experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with a team, and manage multiple priorities.
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to learn.
