Job Title: Greeter / Busser

Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Greeter / Busser to join our fast-paced restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring a smooth dining experience.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables

- Assist with seating arrangements and manage waitlists efficiently

- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials

- Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean dining environment

- Assist servers with food and beverage delivery as needed

- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and assist with overall restaurant upkeep

- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service and guest satisfaction

Skills:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus
