Responsibilities

• Performs critical tasks for outstanding patient care
• Checks and records patient vital signs
• Ensures patient remains clean and comfortable through appropriate bathing and grooming
• Feeds patient and documents food and liquid intake
• Helps with patient documentation
• Assists with medical procedures under direction of RN
• Answers patient call lights promptly and courteously

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Utah certification
• Ability to remain flexible and calm in a demanding environment
• Ability to prioritize and use good judgment during moments of crisis
• Exhibit strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate a variety of pressing issues with frequent interruptions
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
