Manager, Tissue Recovery Services at Mid South Transplant – Memphis, Tennessee

The Tissue Recovery Manager is responsible for effective leadership and day-to-day supervision of the organization’s tissue recovery services and tissue recovery staff. The Tissue Recovery Manager is also responsible for assisting in the development, planning and implementation of programs and processes that will maximize and increase tissue donation in the MSTF donation service area (3 hour radius of Memphis, TN).

Qualifications: Degree in Health or Science Related Field; Minimum two (2) years’ experience in tissue recovery. Management experience preferred.

Current Certified Tissue Bank Specialist preferred. Background as Certified Surgical Technician, Surgical Assistant, Certified First Assistant or Physician’s Assistant helpful. Office is located in Cordova, TN.

Work Hours: Traditional office hours + hours dictated by workload. This would also include a 24/7 call schedule. Manager would take position in call rotation as needed for call-ins and/or short staffing. Salary ranges from $81k/yr to $102k/yr.
