Salary: 1099 Contractor Position | Competitive Hourly Rates Based on Experience

Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose), is seeking Licensed Mental Health Clinicians to join our nationwide behavioral health team, providing critical mental health support to federal wildland firefighters and dispatchers. This is a hybrid role (in-person and virtual) throughout the state of Montana.

About the Role:

As a Licensed Mental Health Clinician, you will provide trauma-informed mental health services tailored to first responders, helping them navigate the emotional and psychological challenges of their high-stress roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Provide individual therapy (in-person & virtual) addressing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders.
  • Offer crisis intervention services and immediate support during emergencies.
  • Collaborate with government stakeholders to enhance behavioral health and wellness services.
  • Maintain secure and confidential client records in compliance with federal standards.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate in a mental health field.
  • Independent licensure in the state of Montana:
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker
    • Licensed Professional Counselor
    • Licensed Marital Family Therapist
    • Licensed Psychologist
      • 2+ years post-licensure experience providing direct clinical care.
      • Expertise in trauma-informed care and working with first responders.
      • Flexibility to provide both in-person and virtual services as needed.
      • Specialized training or experience with first responders and trauma-focused modalities (e.g., EMDR, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy) preferred.
      • Willingness to attend orientation and refresher training on wildland firefighter culture.
