Company & Position Overview

A&A Mechanical Services, Inc. is looking for an HVAC Helper / Junior Mechanic / HVAC Technician to help service residential and light commercial customers in the Bucks County area.

Pay + Hours:

$23.00 - 25.00/hour
Hours are based on workloads - ranging from 25 to 40 hours/week
OT hours and pay is available when needed
401k match up to 3%

What you'll do:

Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to identify issues and ensure optimal performance.
Assist with installation, maintenance, and repairing HVAC systems including air conditioning units, heating systems, and ventilation equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC equipment
Install ductwork according to project specifications
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs and service recommendations.

Your experience and qualifications:

2-3+ years of experience as an HVAV Helper / Junior Mechanic / Technician
Must have own hand tools, meters, and gauges
Proficient mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems and components.
Experience in appliance repair and equipment repair relevant to heating and cooling systems.
Ability to plumb as necessary for certain HVAC installations or repairs.
Familiarity with boiler systems and their maintenance requirements.
Strong problem-solving skills as a service technician to address various HVAC challenges effectively.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
A commitment to safety standards while working on HVAC equipment in various environments.

Position requirements:

Valid driver's license with ability to commute directly to customer job sites in Bucks County area
Refrigerant license
OSHA 10 certification
Willingness to submit a background check
