About This Position

FRONT OF HOUSE SUPPORT - Busser/Runner/Host
Job Description

We are looking for Front of House support staff for Crabtree Kitchen + Bar in Poulsbo. Bussers, Runners and Host are responsible for the presentation and grooming of the entire restaurant. It can be a challenging job at times, which is why we need people with the right skillsets. People who enjoy fast-paced work environments, have stellar people skills, and are highly organized and detail oriented. Those who can be versatile and able to assist guests by answering questions, as well as providing additional support for the restaurant as it is needed. The ideal candidate for this role will be self-motivated and adaptable.


This position comes with opportunities for a flexible work schedule and growth within the company, in addition to a discount for all meals at our café and restaurant. Full time employees are eligible for Health Insurance. We also offer cross-training with ChocMo Chocolatier and Café & High Spirits Liquor Store, both located just downstairs from the restaurant. We offer skills from crafting espresso drinks, to chocolates, to glass etching, to wine tastings, and more! Crabtree Kitchen + Bar is Closed for service Monday and Tuesday of each week.

Responsibilities are but not limited to:


- Present yourself as friendly, personable and approachable to each guest

-Greet each guest and make them feel at home in our restaurants

-Bus and clean tables

-Reset tables properly and efficiently

-Deliver food to the appropriate tables

-Must be fast on your feet

-Follow directions well


Requirements

-Ability to effectively communicate in English both written and oral

-Ability to lift up to 40-50 pounds unassisted

-Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time

-Superior organization and time management skills

-Team player
