New, private and woman-owned, state-of-the-art, small animal veterinary clinic opening late 2025! Here at Guardian Paws Animal Hospital, you will be responsible for answering calls, scheduling appointments, checking in/out patients, and communicating with the treatment team to ensure high quality care is given to all of our clients and their pets.

• Previous receptionist/CSR service preferred
• Veterinary industry specific experience/knowledge preferred
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with clients and staff
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize various needs such as phone-calls, emails, record-sending, appointment scheduling, invoicing, checking in appointments, and cleaning/disinfecting exam rooms.
