Job Overview

Salary/Pay Rate: $70,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience.
Location: St. Peters, MO (Up to 75% travel required).
Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

The Opportunity You will serve as a vital link between the field and the office, supporting the successful planning and execution of diverse commercial projects. This role offers the autonomy to manage submittals and project schedules while receiving mentorship from a leadership team dedicated to your professional growth. You will drive project efficiency by ensuring every phase of construction meets our high standards for quality and safety.
How You Will Make an Impact
Coordinate project buy-out and draft detailed subcontracts to ensure clear alignment with project goals.
Manage the submission and approval of critical submittals with Architects and Engineers to prevent delays.
Monitor financial aspects of construction contracts and rental equipment budgets to protect company interests.
Execute routine job inspections and enforce strict compliance with safety policies across all jobsites.
Maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project to ensure timely delivery and resource optimization.
Formulate RFI requests by assessing specifications for quality and feasibility in construction methods.
Direct the flow of information and manage comprehensive project files to ensure absolute transparency.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Construction Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar construction management role.
Proven proficiency in reading and interpreting detailed construction plans, specifications, and building products.
Strong background with Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel up to 75% to various project assignments as required by the business.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and motivate diverse construction teams and subcontractors.
Advanced knowledge of equipment planning and specialized construction means and methods.
Prior experience representing a General Contractor in high-stakes negotiations and strategy sessions.
