- Manage and maintain the organization’s internal technology stack, ensuring operational reliability and efficiency across remote teams.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, coaching, and onboarding assistance to team members using internal systems and collaboration tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize existing systems and processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices to improve tool adoption and operational consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system configurations, data cleanup, migrations, and integration projects.
- Manage and optimize CRM-related processes, integrations, and data flows between internal and third-party systems.
- Contribute to the implementation of AI-powered workflows and automation initiatives involving productivity and collaboration tools.
- Monitor and support identity and access management practices, including SSO, MFA, and security-related configurations.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and operational scalability across the company’s technology ecosystem.
- Proactively recommend technology enhancements and process improvements to support business growth and operational excellence.
- 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in IT systems administration or technical operations roles.
- Strong experience managing and supporting tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, Zoom, and collaboration platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, integrations, APIs, automation tools, and workflow optimization.
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms is highly valued.
- Solid understanding of identity and access management concepts, including SSO and MFA.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently in fully remote and asynchronous work environments.
- Strong documentation habits and attention to operational detail.
- Comfortable participating in video-based collaboration and remote team communication.
- Experience with automation tools such as Zapier or workflow integrations is considered a plus.
