Job Description
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an IT Systems Administrator in Brazil.
This role sits at the core of a fast-growing, fully remote legal-tech organization, where you will take ownership of the internal technology ecosystem and ensure all systems run smoothly, securely, and efficiently. You will act as the main point of contact for internal tech support, helping a distributed team make the most of modern collaboration and productivity tools. Beyond day-to-day administration, you will play a key role in improving workflows, driving automation, and strengthening data integrity across systems. The position blends technical administration with operational improvement, requiring both a proactive mindset and a strong service orientation. You will work closely with implementation partners and internal stakeholders to optimize platforms, especially CRM and integration tools. This is a highly collaborative environment where initiative, ownership, and problem-solving are strongly valued.
You will be responsible for maintaining, improving, and supporting the company’s internal IT systems while ensuring efficiency, reliability, and scalability across the tech stack.
- Serve as the primary internal IT resource, providing support, troubleshooting, and guidance across all tools and systems
- Train and coach team members to improve adoption and effective use of platforms and workflows
- Identify gaps in system usage, workflows, and tool adoption, and proactively drive improvements
- Design and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices for internal systems
- Collaborate with external implementation partners to support CRM configuration, data migration, and workflow optimization
- Maintain data integrity across systems, ensuring CRM and integrations remain clean, accurate, and well-connected
- Contribute to automation initiatives using tools such as APIs, Zapier, and AI-driven solutions
- Support the development of new AI-enabled workflows to improve note-taking, tracking, and data synchronization
- Continuously improve operational efficiency by optimizing existing tools rather than adding unnecessary complexity
You are a technically skilled and proactive IT professional who thrives in remote environments and enjoys helping teams work more efficiently through smart systems and tools.
- 2–4+ years of experience in IT systems administration or similar technical support roles
- Strong experience working with modern SaaS tools and collaboration platforms
- Solid understanding of identity and access management (SSO, MFA)

- Strong documentation skills and structured approach to knowledge sharing
- Comfortable working independently in asynchronous workflows
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on simplification and efficiency
- Excellent communication skills and a helpful, service-oriented attitude
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, and CRM systems is highly valued
- Interest or experience in automation, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows is a strong plus
- Competitive contractor compensation aligned with LATAM market standards
- Fully remote role with flexible working hours
- Long-term growth opportunity as the organization expands
- Paid time off aligned with local holidays and company-wide breaks (including year-end closure)
- Bonus opportunities based on performance and impact
- Opportunity to work with modern tools and AI-driven systems
- Collaborative, trust-based environment with strong ownership culture
- Exposure to legal-tech infrastructure and CRM systems such as Filevine
- High autonomy and meaningful impact on internal operations and efficiency
