Bilingual Loan Servicing Specialist in Richardson, Texas at Alden Short, Inc

Alden Short, Inc., a leading Dallas-based property management company, is seeking a dynamic and bilingual Loan Servicing Specialist to join our team. In this part-time role, you will be the key point of contact for loan account management, providing exceptional service to clients while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Your expertise will help facilitate smooth loan processing, servicing, and resolution throughout the complete term of the loan, all while maintaining a positive experience for our diverse clientele.
Duties

• Review/process new loan documentation and contracts
• Process Lien releases
• Manage and process loan payments, applicable fees, escrow accounts, annual statements (1098's) and payoff requests with accuracy and efficiency
• Handle past due accounts/foreclosures
• Update account information in our system
• Monitor insurance coverage on collaterial properties
• Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish to explain loan terms, payment options, and account statuses

Qualifications - Minimum 2 years experience in a loan servicing position; RMLO license a plus; Min. H.S. Diploma

• Bilingual ability (English/Spanish)required
• Ability to utilize applicable Mortgage/Banking software - Yardi exp. a plus
• Strong customer service ability
• Self-motivated; problem solving ability w/results-driven mindset
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize & work w/sense of urgency to meet deadlines
• Excellen written & verbal communication skills
• Strong MS Suite experience w/heavy EXCEL ability is key!

This is a part-time, onsite position - Monday through Friday - choice of 3 days onsite.
