Livestream Host Recruiter & Talent Specialist at Wahool – New York, New York

We are seeking an experienced and driven Livestream Host Recruiter & Talent Specialist to join our New York team. In this role, you’ll identify, attract, and retain top livestreaming and creator talent. The ideal candidate is passionate about discovering & developing talent, as well as cultivating a vibrant creator community. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own and refine the full recruitment lifecycle - from job postings and candidate screenings to interviews, contract negotiations, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with the internal teams to develop host playbooks, onboarding guides, policy documents, and more.
• Regularly organize and lead training workshops to develop host talent.
• Build lasting relationships with hosts through ongoing support, proactive problem-solving, and regular community check-ins.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize various recruiting channels & processes, including official social-media platforms, to drive efficiency and results.
• Organize and host both internal and external events for hosts/creators to foster connection and growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• This is a dynamic role that goes beyond hiring. It requires a strong ability to take on various initiatives in the areas of internal communications, branding/marketing for recruitment purposes, and digital content creation for educational purposes.
• 2-3 years of related experience in Influencer/Creator Management, Talent Recruitment/Development, Affiliate Marketing, etc.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
• Social media content-creation experience is desired
• Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and consistently deliver results under tight timelines.
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin is a strong plus.
