Job Description
The Coordinator, Digital is responsible for ensuring web accessibility compliance and maintaining a consistent visual identity across STLCC’s website, email communications, and digital marketing assets. This role supports day-to-day website and email operations while also leading select digital and marketing technology initiatives.
Serving as a key connector between marketing and technical execution, the Coordinator, Digital partners with marketing leadership, communications, enrollment, and student success teams to improve digital engagement, strengthen brand awareness, and support enrollment growth. This position reports to the Website Manager and manages special projects as assigned.

- Oversee daily website operations and administration using the content management system (CMS).
- Format, upload, and organize HTML content, media, and files to ensure optimal performance, usability, and accessibility.
- Develop, schedule, and distribute broadcast email marketing communications while maintaining brand and accessibility standards.
- Lead the email approval workflow and train department users on proper email template use.
- Review, edit, and proof digital content for clarity, accuracy, style, and functionality across web and email platforms.
- Manage email distribution lists, audience segmentation, and data accuracy within email platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership, communications, IT, enrollment, student success, and publication teams to execute digital content and design platforms.
- Support and optimize the marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, email platforms, CMS, and analytics tools.
- Monitor and analyze key marketing performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure data integrity, system integrations, and compliance with privacy, security, and accessibility requirements.
- Stay current on emerging digital marketing technologies, trends, and best practices.
- Utilize design tools such as Canva, Adobe Acrobat, and Photoshop to create and support visual assets.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
- Three (3) years of experience in web content management and digital communications.
- Experience with email and marketing platforms such as Constant Contact, Emma (preferred), Adobe Marketing Cloud, and Google Analytics.
- Proficiency with CMS platforms (Modern Campus preferred), HTML/CSS, and digital asset management tools.
- Familiarity with marketing automation software, CRM systems, web analytics, and project management tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, and Canva.
- Knowledge of UI/UX best practices, accessibility standards, and email distribution platforms.
