We are looking for an Operations Supervisor for our Shippensburg, PA facility.

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for effectively meeting company objectives within a Distribution Center environment, with a focus on continuous improvement of operational performance as it relates to quality, productivity, and on-time delivery. This position reports to the Distribution Center Manager.

Oversee, train, and develop a team of flexible, multi-skilled employees in accordance with NOTS Logistics values and strategic direction.Lead team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals set forth by customer and NOTS Logistics management.Assign duties and coordinate workloads to achieve facility goals including production, quality, and safety.Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on company policies, standards, and procedures.Communicate with Manager regarding facility, equipment, safety, personnel, and environmental issues to determine action to resolve.Enforce regulatory compliance with OSHA, DOT, and other state and local guidelines.Other duties as assigned by manager.

Education & experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related fieldOR Associate's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and minimum 3 years supervisory experience in a similar environmentOR Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in a similar environment or Logistics/WarehousingOR Military experience equivalent
