Position Overview
Our client is seeking a dependable, customer-service-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide front-desk and clerical assistance. This role supports daily operations by ensuring timely communication, accurate data entry, and a welcoming customer experience for residents and contractors interacting with the department.

Position Overview
Our client is seeking a dependable, customer-service-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide front-desk and clerical assistance. This role supports daily operations by ensuring timely communication, accurate data entry, and a welcoming customer experience for residents and contractors interacting with the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming emails professionally and in a timely manner
- Answer and direct phone calls; provide basic information to callers
- Greet and assist walk-in customers at the front desk
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks related to building construction compliance
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) for routine tasks
- Maintain a courteous, efficient, and customer-friendly environment
- Support staff with other clerical tasks as needed
- Strong verbal communication skills; comfortable communicating by phone
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Prior administrative, customer service, or front-desk experience
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
- This is an on-site position, Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Ideal start date is as soon as possible
