As a Hourly Manager you would be responsible for restaurant operations and report to the General Manager of the restaurant. This is an entry level management position. You will go through management training and then have serving, utility and bartending shifts while you part-time manage. When a full-time, salaried management position becomes available, you will be the next in line to be promoted.
