Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Sales Operation Specialist to support Regional Growth Activities by driving operational excellence across sales reporting, order management coordination, forecasting support, pricing administration, and data analytics.. This role ensures accurate data, efficient processes, and actionable insights that enables the sales team to execute effectively and achieve revenue targets. The role also focuses on operational execution, content adaptation, campaign coordination, sales management, and distributor oversight, ensuring company strategies are effectively implemented in the target region.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain recurring sales report (revenue, volume, pricing, trade spend, customer performance).

  • Track KPIs and provide insights on trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Support monthly business reviews with data preparation and analytics.

  • Assist in forecasting and demand planning processes.

Order & Operational Support

  • Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure accurate order processing and fulfillment.

  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate potential stock risks to Sales.

  • Assist in managing deductions, claims, and pricing discrepancies.

Sales, Pricing & Trade Support

  • Support regional sales performance and activities.

  • Maintain pricing files and customer-specific price lists.

  • Manage distributor relationships and sales support operations.

  • Support trade promotion setup and post-event analysis.

  • Validate trade spend data and ensure alignment with approved budgets.

  • Maintain data integrity in CRM and ERP systems

  • Support territory alignment, customer master data updates, and sales documentation.

  • Assist with order management and inputting data into systems.

  • Identify opportunities to improve tools, automation, and reporting efficiency.

Best Practices & Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Finance, FP&A, Marketing, and Supply Chain.

  • Support with SKU setup and sales readiness coordination

  • Collect and share regional case studies and best practices to support global and local alignment.

  • Provide ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economic, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of corporate experience in sales operations, sales analysis, or similar role.

  • Experience in CPG, food manufacturing, or consumer goods preferred.

  • Exposure to forecasting or demand planning processes a plus.

  • Preferred understanding of the FMCG/CPC industry.

  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Korean preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with ERP and/or CRM systems.

  • Clear communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling).

  • Knowledge of RFQ and AP service processes.

  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation.

The base salary for this position is between $27.00/hr and $33.00/hr. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO/FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
