Battery Outfitters is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager for our Cottleville, MO location. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, leading by example, and helping run a fast-paced retail store.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will help create a great customer experience, support daily store operations, and set the tone for the team through your attitude, energy, and work ethic. You will be involved in customer service, sales, merchandising, inventory, and helping the store run smoothly day to day.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, and motivated to grow. The right candidate enjoys helping people, communicates well with both customers and teammates, and takes pride in showing up and doing things right. Retail or leadership experience is helpful, but we value attitude, effort, and coachability just as much.
