Responsibilities

Assist Preliminary Match and Confirmatory Typing Specialists with daily tasksPerforms in-depth research on donors usingsocial mediaplatforms, public records,search engines, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn)Maintains confidentiality and professionalismFollows up on all items until work has been completedHandling sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalismAssists Kit Makers with blood draw kits for the DS Department andmailingout communications to donorsOther duties as assigned

Physical Demands
