As a Trailer Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our fleet safe, compliant, and on the road.

• Diagnose and repair tractor-trailers, including air brakes, hydraulics, suspension systems, and tire service
• Perform preventive maintenance while identifying recurring issues and implementing long-term solutions
• Use diagnostic tools and technical manuals to troubleshoot efficiently and improve equipment performance
• Support DOT inspections and ensure all equipment meets safety and compliance standards
• Communicate effectively with operations and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and keep equipment moving
• Manage parts needs, track inventory usage, and reduce waste through smart, cost-conscious decisions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment while following all safety procedures and PPE requirements

• Hands-on experience with semi-trailer maintenance and repair
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance
