About TelyRx
TelyRx is a technology-enabled healthcare and pharmacy services company headquartered in Tampa, Florida. Through our digital pharmacy platform, we connect patients with independent, state-licensed providers to access more than 400 everyday medications across 48 U.S. states and territories, fulfilled through our licensed retail pharmacies in Clearwater, Florida and Dallas, Texas.
As a newly public company in a rapidly scaling phase, we're investing in the systems, people, and processes that will support the next stage of our growth.
About the Role
We're looking for an HR Coordinator who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to help build and support a growing organization. This isn't a “sit back and maintain” role. You'll join a team that's moving quickly, solving problems in real time, and figuring things out as we go.
You'll play a key role in keeping our HR operations running smoothly while helping create a strong, people-first employee experience. You'll also have the opportunity to take ownership early, contribute across multiple areas, and grow your career alongside the company.
What You'll Own
HR Operations
- Maintain accurate, organized employee data across HR systems (primarily Paylocity)
- Manage onboarding documentation, I-9 / E-Verify, background checks, and other compliance tracking
- Support benefits administration, open enrollment logistics, and day-to-day employee benefits questions
- Assist with leave administration, including PTO tracking, FMLA, and parental leave logistics
- Help maintain multi-state employment compliance as we expand
- Support audit readiness and document retention, which is especially important as we move into the public-company environment
- Help maintain and improve HR processes and SOPs as we scale
Onboarding, Offboarding & Employee Experience
- Own the onboarding experience from offer to first day, ensuring new hires feel welcomed, set up, and ready to go
- Coordinate offboarding logistics for departing team members
- Help drive employee engagement through events, recognition programs, and internal initiatives
- Support a positive, high-energy office environment
Recruiting Support
- Coordinate interviews and keep hiring moving quickly
- Manage candidate communications, scheduling, and the applicant tracking system
- Generate offer letters and coordinate reference checks
- Help ensure a strong, seamless candidate experience from first touch to first day
Office & Administrative Support
- Be a go-to resource for day-to-day employee needs onsite
- Partner with leadership across People, Legal, and Operations to keep things running smoothly
- Step in wherever needed; no task is too big or too small
What a Typical Day Might Look Like
- Jumping in first thing to make sure new hires are fully set up for day one
- Answering employee questions and solving issues as they come up
- Supporting an employee event or last-minute office need
- Organizing systems, documentation, and onboarding workflows
- Tackling unexpected tasks because priorities shift quickly
What Success Looks Like in Your First 6 Months
- Onboarding feels consistent, thorough, and like a great first impression for every new hire
- HRIS data is clean, current, and audit-ready
- Compliance tracking (I-9, background checks, required training) runs without gaps
- You've identified one or two HR processes to improve and helped put the changes in place
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, coordination, or administrative roles
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Strong communicator with a high level of professionalism
- Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Proficient with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
- Self-starter who takes initiative and moves quickly
- Hands-on experience with Paylocity
- Minimal travel, up to 10% may be required
Bonus Points If You Have
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification
- Exposure to onboarding, offboarding, or full employee lifecycle processes
- Experience supporting a multi-state workforce
- Experience in a startup, high-growth newly public environment
- Healthcare or other regulated-industry experience
Why TelyRx
- Join a healthcare company scaling quickly and stepping into the public market
- Work side-by-side with a lean, high-impact People and Talent team
- Take on real responsibility early and grow with the business
- Be part of a team that moves fast, supports each other, and gets things done
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $50,000 – $65,000 (positioning depends on experience level)
- Bonus: Eligible for our annual bonus program
- Unlimited PTO
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
- 401(k)
- Parental leave
Onsite role based in Tampa, with occasional remote flexibility for travel or as needed
