Groundskeeper & Make-Ready Tech-Central Place Apartments at Robbins Property Associates LLC – Winter Park, Florida

Robbins Property Associates, a national multi-family management company, seeks a highly motivated Groundskeeper/Make Ready Tech to join our Team.

Position Summary: Maintaining the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community including the grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office; parking lots and other common areas of the community. This position will also assist in the preparation of vacant apartment homes for move-ins.

Job Duties:

• Understands and complies with Fair Housing laws and standards

• Must be able to interact with residents and vendors in a friendly, inviting, and professional manner

• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed

• Prefer one year’s experience

• Grounds keeping and general landscaping maintenance. Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the community.

• Pressure washing the buildings and cleaning globes as needed. Replacement of light bulbs in common areas and buildings.

• Handle minor work necessary for apartment homes to be occupied. ( i.e. carpet shampoos, trash removal before, during, and after make-ready work, touch-up paints, etc.)

• Completing resident requests for service/maintenance repairs as directed the Supervisor/Manager

• Application of all safety standards and practices associated with maintenance operations

• Assist in resident retention programs
