Home Services Crew Member at Country Club Management of Orlando Inc – Windermere, Florida

Essential Job Functions:

• Proper operation of 21” mower
• Proper operation of blower
• Proper operation of string trimmer
• Proper operation of an edger
• Proper operation of walk behind mid-size mowers
• Proper operation of gas power shears
• Must be able to learn basic detail methods of weeding, raking and clean up
• Must be able to learn correct edging procedure for maintaining bed lines, tree rings and hard surfaces
• Must be able to learn standard detail methods of pruning and hand shearing
• Attendance and punctuality is critical due to the scope of responsibilities and impact on other positions and department.
• All other duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License
• Must be insurable for automobile insurance with company’s auto insurance carrier
• Must have good driving record for driving company vehicles on and off property
• Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Must have ability to learn and operate hand-held and powered equipment
• Must be in good physical condition
• Must be able to tolerate long periods of standing, kneeling, squatting, bending and lifting requirements of up to 50 pounds
• Must have high tolerance to work long hours in the cold, heat and inclement weather
• Must have ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with other employees, management and the public
