Position Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative and clerical support to the site.
- Generating reports, collecting patient fees, verifying insurance and making appointments electronically.
- Filing and maintaining paperwork in an organized fashion.
- Heavy phone volume and other duties as assigned.
Education, Competencies and Credentials:
- High School degree or equivalent, college preferred.
- Prior experience in a clinical setting strongly preferred.
- Advanced customer service/support ability
- Solid computer literacy; good writing skills, and strong administrative/organizational abilities.
Hours: 20 hours per week, part-time.
