Position Summary
Responsible for improving and supporting automated systems, processes, and equipment to ensure optimal performance, compliance, and reliability across operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze systems, equipment, and processes to identify improvements and recommend solutions
  • Serve as SME for assigned technologies and provide technical guidance
  • Troubleshoot, modify, and maintain automated equipment in compliance with GMP standards
  • Develop and update system documentation, SOPs, and specifications
  • Support software lifecycle activities, validation, and change control
  • Train users and support continuous system improvements
  • Lead or support projects, including implementation and commissioning
  • Manage vendors, consultants, and medium-complexity projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10–12 years of relevant experience
  • Strong problem-solving, technical, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Occasional travel required

Work Environment

  • Office and manufacturing settings with moderate noise
  • Light physical activity (standing, walking, lifting up to 20 lbs)

Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

$127,000- $157,000


The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
