Role Summary
The Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) plays a central role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered fertility and gynecologic care. This is a highly procedural, clinic-based role with a strong emphasis on ultrasound, in-office procedures, and developing independence in the evaluation and management of infertility.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and follow-up assessments of patients’ reproductive and gynecologic health
- Develop independence in the evaluation and management of common infertility conditions
- Perform and interpret transvaginal and pelvic ultrasounds, including first trimester assessments
- Perform high-volume in-office procedures with progressive independence, including: SIS, HSG, endometrial biopsies, office hysteroscopy
- Perform pelvic exams
- Develop management plans in collaboration with physicians
- Communicate results and next steps directly with patients in a timely manner
- Educate and counsel patients on diagnoses and fertility treatments (IUI, IVF, FET, egg freezing)
- Coordinate care closely with nursing, laboratory, and administrative team
- Document patient encounters, treatment plans, and results accurately in the EMR
- Support clinical workflows, efficiency initiatives, and quality improvement efforts
- Travel between clinic locations (Boston Seaport and Dedham) as required
Compensation and Benefits
- Full-time, salaried, exempt position based in Boston (Seaport) and Dedham, Massachusetts
- Base salary: $120,000 – $160,000, depending on experience and procedural skill set
- Eligible for performance-based bonus based on individual and clinic metrics

Requirements:- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (or eligible) in Massachusetts
- Practices under physician supervision or collaborative agreement in accordance with Massachusetts regulations
- Scope of practice aligned with training, experience, and applicable state laws
- Minimum 1+ year of clinical experience in OB/GYN (fertility experience preferred)
- Pelvic ultrasound experience preferred (or demonstrated ability to train rapidly)
- Procedural experience preferred (SIS, HSG, endometrial biopsy, hysteroscopy)
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred but not required
- Ability to work Monday–Friday with flexibility for early mornings, evening call, and occasional weekends as needed
- DEA license (or eligibility) preferred
