This role is a strategic consulting opportunity focused on driving successful organizational transformation across large-scale digital and systems implementation programs. You will lead end-to-end change management initiatives, ensuring that impacted teams are fully prepared, engaged, and equipped to adopt new ways of working. Acting as a trusted advisor to client leadership, you will design and execute change strategies that improve adoption, reduce resistance, and strengthen organizational readiness. The role combines hands-on delivery with senior-level advisory responsibilities, requiring strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence executive alignment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional program teams to integrate communication, training, and engagement efforts into broader transformation initiatives. Accountabilities:- Lead the design and execution of end-to-end organizational change management (OCM) strategies and deliverables aligned with transformation program goals.
- Provide leadership and oversight to stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of change plans across multiple workstreams.
- Identify risks related to executive alignment and organizational resistance, developing mitigation strategies to support successful adoption.
- Collaborate with program and project leaders to prioritize, coordinate, and deliver change management activities within broader transformation initiatives.
- Assess organizational readiness and track adoption progress among impacted users, ensuring effective engagement throughout the change lifecycle.
- Oversee key OCM deliverables, including communications, training, leadership alignment, and business readiness activities.
- Report on change progress, adoption metrics, and overall program health to senior stakeholders and transformation leadership.
- Support or guide the development of learning and training materials and ensure alignment with overall change strategy.
- 7+ years of experience in organizational change management within fast-paced, complex, or agile environments.
- 4+ years of direct experience as a change management consultant supporting enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Strong experience with systems implementations and organizational or cultural transformation programs.
- Exposure to enterprise platforms such as SAP, Workday, Oracle, or Infor is considered an asset.
- Strong program management capabilities with experience supporting large-scale business transformation efforts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with Office 365 is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Leadership, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to operate independently in remote and client-facing environments with occasional travel (less than 25%).
