Behavior Technician at THERAPY AND WELLNESS CONNECTION, LLC – Brecksville, Ohio

We’re looking for a dedicated, compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our awesome team! In this role, you’ll do meaningful, hands-on work supporting children and individuals with developmental disabilities through behavior intervention and skill-building using ABA therapy.

You’ll run individualized treatment plans, collect data to track progress, and work closely under the guidance of a supportive BCBA who’s invested in your growth. No two days look the same, and every day brings opportunities to celebrate wins, big and small.

The ideal candidate loves working with kids, communicates clearly, and genuinely cares about making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with autism and related disorders. Experience or certifications in ABA are a plus, but not required! Already an RBT? Great. Not registered yet? No problem, we’ll help you become one.
