The Lead Teacher – Pre-K 4 is responsible for planning and implementing a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for Pre-K 4 scholars. Supervision & Safety

• Ensure classroom safety and compliance with health and safety standards

Assessment & Documentation

• Maintain accurate lesson plans, observations, and required documentation
  
• Monitor and document scholar progress and developmental indicators

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or equivalent credential per licensing standards
  
• Previous experience working with preschool / Pre-K scholars
  
• Strong classroom management skills
  
• Knowledge of child development and school readiness principles
  

Preferred

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
