As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us deliver exceptional experiences to our customers every day.

This position resides in our Headquarters in Wixom, Michigan.

• Answer 50+ inbound/outbound calls daily while providing friendly, professional support.
• Send and respond to 50+ customer emails per day using Microsoft Outlook.
• Manage customer inquiries and updates via text messaging.
• Work across multiple applications at once to track orders, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick, effective solutions for our customers.

• Previous customer service experience (high-volume environment a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to multitask efficiently with several applications open at once.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace for remote days.
