Metric5 is seeking an Oracle Cloud Reports Developer who will focus on HCM and Finance report development. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver high-quality reporting solutions from Oracle Cloud Applications. You will provide hands-on technical expertise to ensure performance, accuracy, security, and alignment with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report Design & Development: Design and build complex reports using BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and Fusion Data Models to meet operational, regulatory, and executive reporting needs.

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Advise on best practices for querying Oracle Cloud data by maintaining a deep understanding of the Oracle Cloud HCM and Finance data structures.

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business teams to translate functional reporting requirements into detailed technical specifications that align with best-practice documentation standards.

  • Testing & Optimization: Coordinate with users to perform unit testing and performance tuning of report queries to ensure data accuracy and user acceptance.

  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve report defects, data discrepancies, and performance bottlenecks.

  • Scalability: Maintain reporting standards, documentation, and reusable assets to promote consistency and scalability across the implementation.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud SaaS

  • Implementation History: Must have participated in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud SaaS implementation.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with BIP Report development, OTBI, and advanced SQL.

  • Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of data structures within Core HR, Learning, and Finance (GL, AR, AP).

  • Clearance: Must be a US Citizen and able to pass a government background investigation.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Soft Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Specific experience in HR and Financial reporting within a government or highly regulated environment.

  • Advanced troubleshooting skills for complex Fusion data models.

Work Location: Remote within the US, with occasional travel to Tennessee

Contract Length: 6 months
