About the Role
As Sales Leader, North America at Auditoria, you will own and drive revenue growth across the region by building and leading a high-performing sales organization. You will set the strategic direction for new business acquisition, develop and coach a team of Account Executives, and personally engage in key deals to accelerate pipeline and close. This role requires a player-coach mindset, deep expertise in B2B SaaS sales, and a passion for bringing AI-powered finance automation solutions to market. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure Auditoria's go-to-market motion is aligned, scalable, and winning.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a team of Account Executives across North America.
- Coach reps on consultative selling techniques, deal strategy, pipeline management, and negotiation.
- Set performance expectations, conduct regular 1:1s, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Own the North America new business revenue number, delivering against quarterly and annual targets.
- Personally engage in strategic and enterprise-level opportunities, supporting or leading key deals through the full sales cycle.
- Develop accurate forecasts and maintain visibility into pipeline health through disciplined CRM hygiene and reporting.
- Partner with Marketing to develop demand generation programs, campaigns, and ABM strategies targeting finance and accounting leaders.
- Define and refine Auditoria's sales playbooks, outreach cadences, and messaging frameworks for the North American market.
- Identify new market segments, verticals, and partnership opportunities to expand Auditoria's footprint.
- Work closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and strong post-sale outcomes that drive expansion revenue.
- Partner with Product to relay market feedback, competitive intelligence, and customer needs that inform the roadmap.
- Align with leadership on pricing strategy, packaging, and deal structure to support scalable growth.
- Maintain a sharp understanding of the finance and accounting automation landscape, including competitive dynamics, buyer trends, and emerging technologies.
- Provide regular insights to executive leadership to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3+ years in a sales leadership or management role.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling sales teams, with a track record of consistently exceeding team and individual revenue targets.
- Experience selling into finance, accounting, or ERP ecosystems; FinTech or AI automation background strongly preferred.
- Deep expertise in consultative and solution-selling methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, or equivalent).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive presence; able to engage and influence C-suite and VP-level buyers.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) for forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI-powered finance automation, accounts payable/receivable workflows, or ERP platforms (Workday, Oracle Fusion, SAP, NetSuite).
- Experience selling through or alongside GSI and channel partners.
- An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) or relevant sales certifications.
