Pay You Can Understand

Every hour you’re clocked in is a paid hour. Not “billable time.” Not arbitrary “drive time.” Every hour. Other than a break, if you’re getting your truck ready at the yard, driving, working, or waiting for your next job, that’s time you’re on the clock — and you’re paid for it.

• Driver in Training: $18 base + up to $4.25 performance bonus + tips. Most land around $30/hr after their first month.
• Lead Mover / Driver: $19 base + up to $4.25 performance bonus + tips. Top earners hit $35/hr.
• On-Call Premium: Extra $5/hr when we call you and you accept the shift.
• Overtime: Overtime rates apply when you work more than 40 hours in a week.
• Weekly Pay: Get paid every Friday.

WHAT THE JOB ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

You will start at our Carrollton yard, meet your crew, prep the truck, and head to the customer. Some days are apartments and smaller moves. Other days are full homes, stairs, heavy furniture, long walks, Texas heat, and customers who are already stressed before you arrive.

Your job is to make the move feel under control. You will protect furniture and homes, load and unload carefully, drive safely, communicate with customers, and work with your crew to solve problems as they come up.

This is real physical work. It is also meaningful work. You get to finish the day knowing you helped someone through one of the most stressful days of their year.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Age 21+: Required by our insurance to be a driver.
• Driving Record: At least 2 years of personal driving experience with no major violations in the last 3 years.
• Physical Ability: Comfortable lifting 100+ lbs and staying on your feet through an 8+ hour day.
• Reliable Transportation: This is a team job, and it’s not fair to make your teammates wait. You need a car to get to work on time each day.
• Availability: At least 2 days a week for part time; 5 for full time. Thursday–Sunday is our busiest stretch and the surest way to guarantee hours.
• Clean Background: Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screen.
• The Right Attitude: Moving is stressful — you’re here to make it less so. Smiles, handshakes, and a positive attitude go a long way toward easing a customer’s day.

Prior moving experience is a plus — but it’s not required. We train everyone to our standards, whether you have experience or not.
