Job Overview
RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, Process Improvement/Integration to support enterprise HR transformation initiatives focused on strengthening HR operations, service delivery, and compliance-related processes.
In this role, you will partner with HR leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to analyze workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and design scalable solutions that enhance how HR services are delivered across the organization.
You will support HR transformation and change management initiatives by translating operational needs and data insights into standardized processes and practical improvements that enable HR to optimize service delivery.
This role will also contribute to the development and maintenance of the HR Service Delivery Playbook, establishing a consistent framework and “source of truth” for HR workflows and operating practices while supporting the successful adoption of new tools, technologies, and processes across HR teams.
As a Senior Analyst, a typical day might include the following:
- Partnering with HR leaders and stakeholders to analyze HR operations workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Supporting current-state and future-state process mapping to strengthen HR operations and service delivery
- Designing standardized processes that improve efficiency, compliance, and consistency across enterprise HR operations
- Developing documentation, visual workflows, and supporting materials that clarify roles, responsibilities, and HR processes
- Supporting HR transformation and change management initiatives related to process harmonization and HR service delivery improvements
- Building dashboards or reports to track process performance metrics and operational HR outcomes
- Collaborating with, and at times leading project teams and work groups to gather input and support the implementation of new HR processes or tools
- Supporting change management efforts through stakeholder communication, training materials, and adoption support
- Contributing to the ongoing development of the HR Service Delivery Playbook and HR operations standards

To Be Considered for This Opportunity
To be considered for this opportunity, you should have a bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. You bring experience supporting process improvement or redesign, HR operations, business analysis, or change management initiatives, ideally within an enterprise HR or operational environment. You demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Experience with process mapping tools, dashboard reporting, or continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is preferred. Candidates with 5–7 years of experience in process improvement, HR operations, or transformation-focused roles are strongly preferred.
